You can set Gmail, Yahoo or other online email providers to log in and pull emails directly off of our email servers the same as if you were to do it from an email client (program) on your computer. 
Here are a couple of links to help with setting up Google:
To get the settings needed for retrieving your email from the our servers, you can login to webmail for any email account that we host.  For instance, If your email address is bob@mydomain.com,login at www.mydomain.com/webmail using your full email address of bob@mydomain.com in all lower-case letters and your password.  Without selecting one of the three online email programs, scroll down to see your settings.  You must use the secure ‘SSL’ type of settings.
