Once blacklisted, those providers refuse to accept all email from our servers; that includes both forwarded and original emails. This means you and other users never receive important emails too like bank and credit card notices, invoices, invitations, password resets, job announcements, customer inquiries and more.
So, by having a forwarder, you inadvertently contribute to the problem. Worse yet, once we get blacklisted, you'll stop receiving your forwarded emails. It is a time consuming process to be removed from blacklists.
If you have email forwarders now, you must delete all email forwarders and access it using one of these three options:
- Webmail. Click here for webmail instructions.
- An email program on your computer, phone or tablet. Click here for email settings.
- Use an external email provider such as Gmail or Yahoo to import it there. Click here for help with that.
