Add Or Update Contacts, Account Information Print

Your hosting account information has three separate locations.  Domain information for new customers is maintained here as well.  (NOTE: If your domain tab doesn't show your domain name(s), its contact/payment information must be updated in our old system at http://SSLDomainShop.InternetWebBuilders.com).

To add/update contact/account hosting information:

1. Click "Login" at the top-right or hold your mouse cursor over "Account" at the right side of the top menu then click "Login".
   1. Enter your email address & password. If you don't know your password, click the "Lost Password" button and submit your email address.
2. Click the drop-down arrow in the top-right menu where it says "Hello, 'Name!'"
3. Click the area you wish to update:
   1. "Edit Account details"
   2. "Manage Payment Info"
   3. "Contacts/Sub-Accounts" <-- then select contact from drop-down
4. When finished, scroll down and click the "Submit" button.
