Website suspension and late fees are no longer implemented immediately upon failure to pay on invoice due date. We now allow a 5-day grace period before applying late fees and, an additional 5 days before suspending websites.
Payment actions and related email notifications now take place as follow:
Need help with the payment page? Click here for instructions.
- 10 days before due date: Invoice is created and 1st courtesy invoice email is sent. You may wait for it to pay automatically on its due date or login and pay at any time. NOTE: Payment information entered will be used for future payments, automated and one-time manual service requests.
- On due date: Payment will be processed automatically by credit card or checking account debit if valid payment information is on file. Payment confirmation or failure email is sent.
- GRACE PERIODS: Because we know things dont always go as planned, we allow time for late payments. Grace periods start on this day; 5 days for late fees, 10 days until website & email suspension and 35 days until account terminations.
- 5 days past due: A 2nd attempt is attempted to process payments and the either a either a payment success or failure email is sent. If the payment fails, a $35.00 late fee will be applied to balance due. You must login and pay your invoice after this; we do not make a 3rd payment attempt.
- 10 days past due: Website and email hosting suspended automatically and, an email with invoice reminder including added late fee is sent. NOTE: Since the account and it's associated email addresses are suspended, you must have an additional contact on file with an email address NOT hosted under your domain in order to receive this email notification. Ex. @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @att.net or some other domain that we don't host.
- 35 days past due: Website, email and all other hosted services terminated and deleted from servers at our discretion. Site may be restored from backup for an additional fee if a backup is available. If not, website and all emails will be lost and website and will need to be rebuilt!
How To Reactivate Hosted Services After Suspension:
