How do I change my payment information Print

To modify your credit card or checking account payment information, you must be paying an active invoice that is due. To update it, click "Account" near the upper-right corner of this page then click "Login'.

Once you're logged in, click the same place where it now says "Hello, [your name]" and click "Change Payment Info".  After you've added your new payment information, set it as the default and/or delete your old payment method.
IMPORTANT! If you use our online Contact Us form or send an email, NEVER put payment information in your message.  Use the instructions above instead.  That sends your payment information directly to our processor so it's never stored on our servers or chances passing unencrypted through an unsecure mail server where hackers can view it.
