Failed Credit Card Payments (#1 REASON) Print

  • 2

Most failed credit card transactions can be solved by simply calling your credit card company and asking them to authorize the transaction.  The reason you may have to do this is because credit card companies assign higher risk ratings to online transactions and merely want you confirm it's a valid purchase.

  1. Call your credit card issuing bank's phone number on the back of your credit card.
  2. Ask why your transaction was declined.
    1. If it just needs your authorization, do so then re-try your purchase .
    2. If there's another reason, work with your bank to resolve it then re-try your purchase here.
ALTERNATE SOLUTION: We also accept EFT payments from your checking account, also known as ACH transactions.  To pay by EFT, enter your checking account and bank routing numbers.
