To login by FTP, please use the following settings:

URL/Host name: ftp.YOURDOMAIN.ext  (EXAMPLE: ftp.bobsdonuts.com)
Port number: 21
User name: This is the same as your cPanel account user name
Password: Passwords are case-sensitive. It is the same as your cPanel password.
Encryption (required): TLS/SSL Explicit encryption. (See notes below)


NOTEs:

1. Your FTP program must support encryption options.  If it does not, please use a different FTP program that does.
2. After connecting, you will receive receive a server certificate notice that must be accepted in order to proceed.
