Accessing your cPanel Print

There are two ways to login to your hosting account's backend cPanel (control panel)

1. This method allows access to all of your cPanels which is especially helpful in the event you have more than one.  Log into your billing account at www.ESmartStores.com/WebsiteHosting, look under “Your Active Products/Services” then hold your mouse over the area where it says “Hosting - Standard”, or whatever your hosting package is (NOT on your domain name though) and click.  After the next page comes up, click “Login to cPanel”.
2. The second method is by direct access.  Simply go to www.YourDomain.ext/cpanel then enter your username and password.  For example, if your domain is SuperMusic.com, you would go to www.SuperMusic.com/cpanel.  The User Name & Password are the same as the ones used for your FTP logins.
   1.  If you don't know your cPanel/FTP login username, login using method 1 above then look under General Information.
   2. If you don't know your cPanel/FTP password, login using method 1 above then go to the PREFERENCES section and click on Password & Security to reset it.
