There are two ways to access access your website's main "cPanel" control panel.
Method 1
First, login to your account on this page. Hold your mouse over "Account" in the top-menu bar and click "Login". Then enter your Email Address and Password.
Email Address: sara@freshcutflowers.com <== IMPORTANT: This must be your full email address in all lower-case letters!
Password: Whatever your password is. Usually a combination of upper & lower-case letters, numbers and special characters. This IS case-sensitive.
Once logged in:
1. Under "Your Active Products/Services", click the desired hosting plan.
2. On the left under "Actions", click "Login to cPanel"
Method 2
Go to www.YourDomain.TLD/cpanel where "YourDomain" is whatever your domain names is (BobsBikes, FreshCutFlowers...) and "TLD" is your domain name's Top Level Domain extension (.com, .net, .org, .us...). For example www.FreshCutFlowers.com/cpanel. Basically, go to your website address but add "/cpanel" after its .com, .net etc. Your username and password are the same as used for your FTP login.
Once you're on the cpanel login page, enter your Username and password.
- If you don't know your cPanel/FTP login username, login using method 1 above then look under General Information.
- If you don't know your cPanel/FTP password, login using method 1 above then go to the PREFERENCES section and click on Password & Security to reset it.
Username: IMPORTANT: This must be in all lower-case letters!
Password: Whatever your password is. Usually a combination of upper & lower-case letters, numbers and special characters. This IS case-sensitive
You can reset your password if needed. Just click the "Rest Password" link below the "Log in" button and enter your email address.
WARNING: Too many consecutive failed login attempts will cause your IP to be blocked. Once blocked, the page will either go blank or, you'll see a message saying you've been blocked. The only way to get unblocked is to call in with your IP address and proof of identity. As a work-around, you can still access your login page from a computer/device on a different IP address.
