Name Servers Used and How To Modify DNS And Zone Records Print

Domain names now require a minimum of three name servers.  Domains with less than that are no longer in compliance and should add more.

Our name servers for InternetWebBuilders.com, ESmartStores.com and AlphaWebHosting.com are (Please use all four):

• NS1.INTERNETWEBBUILDERS.COM
• NS2.INTERNETWEBBUILDERS.COM
• NS5.INTERNETWEBBUILDERS.COM
• NS6.INTERNETWEBBUILDERS.COM

Existing Ichron Studio customers' Name Servers are (Do not use for new setups):

• NS1.BusinessDemon.com
• NS2.BusinessDemon.com

Existing AlphaWebHosting.com use (Do not use for new setups):

• NS1.SM-TM.COM
• NS2.SM-TM.COM

Modifying Name Servers:

1. Click "Domains"
2. Find the desired domain and click the "Active" button
3. Click "Name Servers" in the left column

NOTE: If your domain name is not listed under domains, it is either registered through our old system or with another registrar. To find out, search for it at https://ICAN.org/whois.

• Domains registered through our old system will show Wild West Domains in the Registrar Information section and must be managed at https://SSLDomainShop.InternetWebBuilders.com. To get help there, call (480) 624-2500. Your PIN and last 6-digits of your payment account are required.
• For any other registrars listed under Registrar Information, contact them directly.

Modifying Zone Records:

1. Click Services
2. Find the desired domain and click the "Active" button
3. Click "Log in to cPanel" in the left column
4. Go to the Domains section and click the "Zone Editor" icon
5. Click the desired Action or Manage for all records.
